Montana in particular. I have cross-stitching imprints on my butt. 3275.7 miles later I have arrived at my new home. Highlights include the Little Bighorn memorial and finding that when I leave my wife and youngest son unsupervised we get a new cat.

No idea- I’m from Texas, spent 15 years in Oklahoma, then a few more in Saudi Arabia- What is this “snow” you speak of?

Maryland to Spokane. Took a detour to visit the Deere headquarters in Moline then up to Minnesota to visit some relatives there, so not the direct route .

Where in OK? We just notched 15 years in Tulsa, and were in Duncan/Lawton for 3 years before that. I love Montana - enjoy your time up there!
The west is vast, and I love it ... We just got back from a two week, 5000+ mile road trip ourselves.

OKC. Great people, cheap living- we really enjoyed it there. But it was too far from the mountains- you can only climb Mt Scott so many times, even if there is a Meers burger waiting at the end! I’m excited to be 45 minutes from skiing, and 6 hours from Banff, Glacier, Yellowstone....
People who have never lived in places like Tulsa and OKC always seem surprised that some of us like it there!

Haha - yeah, we really like it here - just moved out to a place on 10 acres east of town. It is much too far from the mountains, though! Enjoy your new home - would be amazing to be so close to those beautiful places. Looking forward to the next time I get to be up that way.
